Hotel Request
F.O.R. has arranged for rooms during the tournament at the Torrance Marriott and the Doubletree. Please use the attached hotel request form to request a room.
Email ALL hotel request forms to: Valerie Isozaki / F.O.R. Hospitality Committee at: valerieisozaki@yahoo.com
Any forms which are faxed, phoned in or typed on a regular email or hard copy will NOT be accepted. Once the emailed form is received, you will receive a response via email confirming receipt of your request. Space is LIMITED this year and the requests will be based upon a first come first serve basis. Thanks again for your support and we look forward to hearing from you soon!
